Staff were thoughtful, it was fairly clean. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with comfortable bathroom, sleeper sofa, for example. They made my stay awesome. Could use their free parking.

It was reasonably clean, and the people were amicable. The atmosphere created was family. Breakfast with hash browns and sausage, for example.

Extraordinary service-minded staff & unbeatable location. Our suite was surprisingly big and rather basic, had canal view. The breakfast was light; scrambled eggs, coffee, hot waffles, milk and biscuits. The beach was perfect and near the hotel. Friendly check-in too.

All in all a contemporary hotel and enjoyable stay. Nice place to stay in Grand Forks, everything was fantastic. I loved having an ironing set, an electronic key card and a work desk.

we would definitely recommend the hotel. great place with friendly venue staff. water resevoir is not far from the hotel. plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like boss' pizza & chicken that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
